Shipping Policy
We accept payments in NZD currencies and all transactions will be carried out in NZD Currency only.
If you credit card account is in a currency other than NZD Dollars, you may be charged at an exchange rate set by your credit card provider. You may also be subject to a foreign currency transaction fee. Please consult your bank or credit card provider if you are unsure. We are not responsible for the exchange rate or any charges your bank or issuing Credit Card Company may charge you.
- FREE NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING on orders $50 or above (excluding freight component)
- NEW ZEALAND North Island delivery 2 business day after dispatch (excludes rural delivery)
- NEW ZEALAND South Island delivery next business days after dispatch (excludes rural delivery)
NEW ZEALAND ORDERS
New Zealand orders are shipped by Courier. All orders are traceable, using the tracking number that we will send you once the parcel is send out. We dispatch orders on business days only from our Warehouse, we can’t directly control the delivery times beyond our end.
Package delivery usually takes place between 1 to 3 days business days depending on each region. Please note that your package cannot be delivered without a correct full delivery address and mobile contact number.
ON ORDERS OVER $50, OUR PRICES EXCLUDE THE LOCAL SHIPPING COST
NOTE
If your parcel is being returned to sender due to any reason such as Unclaimed, Incomplete/Insufficient Address, Undeliverable as Addressed etc...
The shipping fees will not be reimbursed and we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping. The actual return shipping cost will be calculated from our Courier partner.
